Lockdowns have impacted us all and you may well be pining for some social contact including touch, especially in current times. Touch and massage support the release of vital ‘happy chemicals’ such as endorphins, serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin. So take this time to dose up and show yourself some love - from head to toe. We will draw upon a variety of techniques and tools that will enable you to develop new practices which can become grounding rituals you could add to your routine. This will provide you with some much needed TLSC (Tender Loving Self Care).
