A gentle stress relieving Yoga class open to all (no yoga experience needed). An opportunity to use breath with movement as a tool to support your own health and wellbeing as we draw upon practical techniques to bolster confidence and invite calm from the inside out. These weekly sessions are an invitation to move with intuition, the asanas (postures) and their transitions are carefully crafted to support all levels as we hone in on how we may move more mindfully with awareness and deep compassion and fascination for ourselves.
