These classes are designed to support those looking for practical and accessible tools that calm the nervous system and quieten the mind. Join Naomi Watson at the North London Buddhist Centre every Thursday for restorative and nourishing morning sessions that will draw upon yogic practices bringing together movement, breath and meditation techniques helping us to feel relief from stress and move into deep rest. Sessions are open to all - no yoga experience needed. Mats and props are provided - just bring yourself! Payment is taken on the day, but you can register in advance to secure your spot.
