About

In most cultures music and movement are intertwined and connected like siblings within the same family. The musician and the mover call and respond to one another creating powerful connections and enabling us to tune in deeply with ourselves. We use a combination of classical string composition, percussion and electronic sound to lead you through a yoga asana practice that will rejuvenate the body and provide rest for the mind. We close with a live sound meditation designed to bolster confidence and invite calm from the inside out.
